越南籍學人Tran, Thi Nhung（陳氏絨）於107年07月04日報到，她是越南社會科學院東北亞研究所(Institute for Northeast Asian Studies, Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences) 博士候選人，研究主題為「Studying on the Lives of Children of Vietnamese - Taiwan Families in Taiwan: Current Situation and Solutions」，研究期間為107年07月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學東亞研究所。
