波蘭籍學人Michal Makocki於107年09月13日報到，他是法國歐洲安全研究所（European Union Institute for Security Studies）研究員，研究主題為「The Domestic Origins of the Belt and Road Initiative and its Contribution to the Economic Reforms in China」，研究期間為107年09月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際關係研究中心。
