比利時籍學人喬海霖（Coraline Jortay）於107年09月27日報到，她是比利時布魯塞爾自由大學(Université Libre de Bruxelles)博士候選人，研究主題為「Interior Monologue and Reported Speech in 80s-90s Taiwan Women Writers' Works: Gender Representations and Identity Building」，研究期間為107年09月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立台灣師範大學國際台灣學研究中心。
