瑞典籍學人Bjorn Jerden（葉必揚）博士於108年01月02日報到，他是瑞典國際事務研究所 ( Head of the Asia Program The Swedish Institute of International Affairs ) 亞洲計畫主持人，研究主題為「Expert Knowledge and the Rise of China 專門知識與中國的崛起」，研究期間為108年01月至03月。在臺駐點機構為國立成功大學政治學系。
