馬來西亞籍學人Lai Wan Hooi 博士於108年01月09日報到，她是英國諾丁罕大學馬來西亞分校 ( The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus ) 副教授，研究主題為「Operating in the Digital Economy: A SWOT-KSA Competency Analysis of the Financial Services Industry in Taiwan」，研究期間為108年01月至12月。在臺駐點機構為東吳大學企業管理學系。
