義大利籍學人Lorenzo Maggiorelli（馬勞倫）於108年01月11日報到，他是哥倫比亞洛斯安第斯大學 ( University of the Andes ) 博士候選人，研究主題為「Chinese (PRC) and Taiwanese (ROC) Evolving International Strategies towards Latin America and the Caribbean」，研究期間為108年01月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學東亞民主研究中心。
