澳大利亞籍學人Mei-fen Kuo（郭美芬）博士於108年02月12日報到，她是澳洲昆士蘭大學 ( The University of Queensland ) 研究員，研究主題為「Chinese Language Press, Diaspora Diplomacy and Contesting Chinese Australian Identities in the First Half of the 20th Century」，研究期間為108年02月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學歷史系。
