波蘭籍學人Tomasz Rafał Szymczyński（沈唐民）教授於108年02月14日報到，他是波蘭亞當密茨凱維奇大學 ( Adam Mickiewicz University ) 教授，研究主題為「On Some Consequences of the Possible Understandings of the Confucian Analects from the Perspective of Hermeneutics of Multilinguisticality」，研究期間為108年02月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學社會科學院。
