英國籍學人張必瑜（Chang, Bi-yu）博士於108年03月26日報到，她是倫敦大學亞非學院 ( Centre of Taiwan Studies, SOAS, University of London ) 資深講師，研究主題為「The Emergence of the 'Tianran Du' (天然獨 Naturally Independent) Generation and Education Reform in 2000 臺灣教育改革與「天然獨」之崛起」，研究期間為108年03月至04月、07月至09月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣師範大學國際臺灣學研究中心。
