印度籍學人Alagu Perumal Ramasamy 博士於108年04月09日報到，他是印度羅耀拉工商管理學院 ( Loyola Institute of Business Administration ) 副教授，研究主題為「Capacity Building to Beat Plastic Pollution in India through Societal Participation: Learnings from Taiwan Experience」，研究期間為108年04月至06月。在臺駐點機構為慈濟大學醫學院生化學科暨生物化學碩士班 。
