馬來西亞籍學人Tang, Kin Boon 博士於108年04月30日報到，他是英國諾丁罕大學馬來西亞分校 ( The University of Nottingham Malaysia Campus ) 助理教授，研究主題為「Hedging Effectiveness of Taiwanese Stock Index Futures: Asymmetric Hedging Performance of Bull and Bear Markets」，研究期間為108年04月至09月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學商學院金融學系。
