韓國籍學人金泰完（Kim, Taewan）博士於108年06月21日報到，他是韓國東義大學 ( Dong-eui University ) 副教授，研究主題為「The Challenges and Opportunities of the ASEAN and the ROC in the Maritime Silk Road Strategy of the ROC」，研究期間為108年06月至08月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學外交學系。
