印尼籍學人Choerunisa Noor Syahid 於108年10月02日報到，她是印尼科學院 ( Indonesian Institute of Sciences ) 助理研究員，研究主題為「Smart Resilience in Tainan City: The Integration of 4G Technology and P4 Model in Floods Adaptation and Mitigation Strategy」，研究期間為108年10月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立暨南國際大學東南亞學系&東南亞研究中心。
