秘魯籍學人安伯佳（Ana Gabriela Mansilla Grippa）於109年01月02日報到，她是秘魯國立聖馬可大學 (National San Marcos University) 助理教授，研究主題為「Government Strategies of Foreign Investment Manufacturing Sector Carried out by the People´s Republic of China, that Affected Its Economic Takeoff in the Global Economy during the Period 1980-2016」，研究期間為109年01月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學東亞研究所。
