墨西哥籍學人Aldo Fernando Ponce Ugolini 博士於109年01月03日報到，他是墨西哥經濟研究與教學中心(Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas (CIDE)) 副教授，研究主題為「The Fate of Dominant Parties and their Political Systems: Comparing the Trajectories of the KMT and the PRI」，研究期間為109年01月至06月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學政治學系。
