南非籍學人梅麗爾（Meryl Joy Burgess）博士於109年01月10日報到，她是南非史德蘭波希大學 (Stellenbosch University) 博士後研究，研究主題為「A Study of Taiwan’s Public Diplomacy: Critically Assessing the Role of NGOs in the New Southbound Policy」，研究期間為109年01月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際事務學院外交政策研究中心。
