菲律賓籍學人Kevin Henry Villanueva 博士於109年01月13日報到，他是菲律賓大學 (University of the Philippines) 副教授，研究主題為「Between China and ASEAN in the Deep Blue Sea: Searching for Consensus in Taiwan’s Southbound Policy」，研究期間為109年01月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立中正大學戰略暨國際事務研究所。
