加拿大籍學人Yannis-Adam Allouache 於109年01月15日報到，他是新加坡國立大學 (National University of Singapore) 博士候選人，研究主題為「Investigating the Geopolitics, Infrastructures and Employment Journeys of Indonesian Migrants in the ‘New Southbound Policy’ Era」，研究期間為109年01月至10月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學地理環境資源學系。
