奧地利籍學人Thomas Stephan Eder 於109年03月03日報到，他是德國墨卡託中國研究所 (The Mercator Institute for China Studies (MERICS) ) 助理研究員，研究主題為「The PRC as a Rising Actor in International Adjudication - A comparative IL/IR Study in the BRICS Context」，在臺駐點機構為中央研究院法律學研究所。
