馬來西亞籍學人Siew Imm Ng 博士於110年4月1日報到，他是馬來西亞博特拉大學副教授，研究主題為「Determinants of Well-Being among Elderly People Living in Taiwan’s Aged-Friendly City: Perspectives from Ecological and Individual Differences Factors」，研究期間為110年4月至8月。在臺駐點機構為臺北醫學大學。
