土耳其籍學人干草叉出生 (Diren Dogan) 於110年4月16日報到，他是土耳其阿拉尼亞阿拉丁凱庫巴德大學博士生，研究主題為「Territorial Disputes in Terms of South China Sea and the Republic of China's Regional Policy」，研究期間為110年4月至6月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學。
