韓國籍學人 朴南泰 (Nam Tae Park) 先生於111年4月11日報到，他是韓國Korea Institute for Defense Analyses研究員，研究主題為「China's Communist Party's Strategic Thinking and Its Applications」，研究期間為111年4月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國防大學政治作戰學院。
