泰籍學人Akanit Horatanakun先生於111年6月7日報到，他是加拿大麥基爾大學政治學系(McGill University)博士候選人，研究主題為「Civil Society Institutionalization and Human Rights Change in Asia」，研究期間為111年6月至10月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學社會學院亞洲比較研究中心 (Global Asia Research Center,College of Social Sciences, National Taiwan University)。
