西班牙籍學人Gema María Bellido 博士於111年7月4日報到，她是義大利天主教聖心大學(Università della Santa Croce)博士後研究員，研究主題為「Trust in Organisations and Its Relationship with Organisational Communication, Contextual Intelligence and Crisis Prevention」，研究期間為111年7月至9月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際合作事務處(Office of International Cooperation, National Chengchi University)。
