美國籍學人柯洛(Justin Kollar) 先生於111年7月4日報到，他是美國麻省理工學院(Massachusetts Institute of Technology)博士候選人，研究主題為「Territorial Planning in an Era of Global Uncertainty」，研究期間為111年7月至9月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學地理環境資源學系暨研究所(Department of Geography, National Taiwan University)。
