匈牙利籍學人 Viktor Friedmann副教授於111年7月19日報到，他是匈牙利布達佩斯城市大學(Budapest Metropolitan University, Hungary)副教授，研究主題為「Self-Conception of Greatness in the Foreign Policy Thinking of the People's Republic of China」，研究期間為111年7月至12月。在臺駐點機構為中央研究院政治學研究所 (Institute of Political Science at Academia Sinica)。
