巴西籍學人Luana Margarete Geiger小姐於111年8月11日報到，她是巴西Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV School of International Relations) 助理教授，研究主題為「Taiwan as a Regional Geoeconomic Hub amidst US-China competition: lessons for and opportunities in Latin America」，研究期間為111年8月至12月。在臺駐點機構為銘傳大學(Ming Chuan University)、國立政治大學亞太研究英語博士學位學程(International Doctoral Program in Asia-Pacific Studies, National Chengchi University)及國立政治大學國際關係研究中心(Institute of International Relations, National Chengchi University)。
