德籍學人Thomas Fröhlich博士於111年8月15日報到，他是英國倫敦國王學院（King's College London, UK）博士後研究，研究主題為「Taiwan’s Energy Security in the Context of Climate Change and Global Energy Transition」，研究期間為111年8月至11月。在臺駐點機構為中央研究院政治學研究所(Institute of Political Science at Academia Sinica)。
