西班牙籍學人Juan Pablo Cardenal Nicolau先生於111年8月17日報到，他是阿根廷非營利組織CADAL（Center for the Openness and Development of Latin America, Argentina）副研究員，研究主題為「Taiwan's Response to Foreign Interference and Disinformation: Lessons for Latin America」，研究期間為111年8月至11月。在臺駐點機構為臺灣民主基金會(Taiwan Foundation for Democracy)。
