俄羅斯籍學人Sergei Ivanov博士於111年9月4日報到，他是俄羅斯聯邦俄羅斯科學院（Institute of History, Archaeology and Ethnology, Far Eastern Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences）研究員，研究主題為「Localizing Global Ideas of Development: Political History of Special Economic Zones in Taiwan」，研究期間為111年9月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立陽明交通大學文化研究國際中心(International Center for Cultural Studies, National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University)。
