加拿大籍學人Michael Hennessy教授於111年9月11日報到，他是加拿大皇家軍事學院（Royal Military College of Canada）教授，研究主題為「The New Naval Arms Race in the Pacific. Situating a Local Analysis.」，研究期間為111年9月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際關係研究中心(Institute of International Relations, National Chengchi University)。
