瑞典籍學人 Sten Hebert先生於111年9月26日報到，他是瑞典皇家理工學院（Royal Institute of technology, KTH, Stockholm, Sweden）資深顧問，研究主題為「Occupational Safety and Health in the Building and Construction Sector of Taiwan - A Comparative Study」，研究期間為111年9月至11月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣科技大學建築系(Department of Architecture, National Taiwan University of Science and Technology)及國立宜蘭大學環境教育中心(Environmental Education Center, National I-lan University)。
