拉脫維亞籍學人葛思語 (Georgijs Dunajevs) 先生於111年10月12日報到，他是拉脫維亞國家圖書館特藏專員（National Library of Latvia, National Library of Latvia, Latvia），研究主題為「Rarities’ Librarianship in Latvia and Taiwan: Practical Challenges in a Comparative Perspective」，研究期間為111年10月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國家圖書館漢學研究中心(Center for Chinese Studies, National Central Library)。
