索馬利蘭籍學人Guled Yasin先生於111年12月27日報到，他是索馬利蘭總統府（Somaliland Presidency, Somaliland）國際事務組組長，研究主題為「Taiwan Integrated Curriculum Competencies: Lessons for a Paradigm Shift in Somaliland Curriculum Trajectory」，研究期間為112年1月至8月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣師範大學教育研究與創新中心 (Center for Education Research and Innovation, National Taiwan Normal University)。
