韓國籍學人孫基榮 (Key Young Son)教授於112年1月11日報到，他是韓國高麗大學亞洲研究所（Asiatic Research Institute, Korea University）教授，研究主題為「A Study of Cross-Strait Relations from the Perspectives of ‘Life Politics’: Changing Taiwanese Perceptions of China and the Rise of Division-Oriented Identity」，研究期間為112年1月至8月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學政治學系 (Department of Political Science, National Taiwan University)。
