烏克蘭籍學人Yurii Poita 先生於112年1月12日報到，他是烏克蘭智庫「軍隊轉型和裁軍研究中心（Center for Army, Conversion and Disarmament Studies）」亞太部主任，研究主題為「The Russian-Ukrainian War: the Role of China and the Consequences for the China’s Further Foreign Policy」，研究期間為112年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國防安全研究院(Institute for National Defense and Security Research)。
