越南籍學人Anh Linh Luöng 女士於112年1月13日報到，她是越南峴港市峴港大學（University of foreign language studies - The University of Da Nang, Vietnam）博士生，研究主題為「The Implementation Process of Taiwan's New Southbound Policy (NSP) In Southeast Asian Countries」，研究期間為112年1月至6月。在臺駐點機構為國立臺灣大學人文社會高等研究院 (Institute for Advanced Studies in the Humanities and Social Science, National Taiwan University)。
