印度籍學人Rajesh Mahadev Patole先生於112年1月13日報到，他是印度孟買大學公民與政治系（Department of Civics and Politics, University of Mumbai, India）研究所博士生，研究主題為「The Role and Importance of Taiwan in Indo-Pacific Strategy and Quad Mechanism to Counter Chinese Aggression」，研究期間為112年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為淡江大學公共行政學系 (Department of Public Administration, Tamkang University)。
