菲律賓籍學人Lucio III Pitlo先生於112年1月13日報到，他是菲律賓亞太發展之路基金會（Asia-Pacific Pathways to Progress Foundation, Philippines）講師，研究主題為「Can the New Southbound Policy Help Nearshore Taiwan's Chip Supply Chain to Southeast Asia for Resilience?」，研究期間為112年1月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學外交學系及外交政策研究中心 (Department of Diplomacy and College of International Affairs' Center for Foreign Policy Studies, National Chengchi University)。
