瓜地馬拉籍學人Monica Dalila Pozuelos Arriaza教授於112年1月17日報到，她是瓜地馬拉拉法耶蘭帝瓦大學（Rafael Landivar University, Guatemala）講師，研究主題為「The Republic of China (Taiwan) National Cybersecurity Strategy to develop a solid cyber- diplomacy: How to build a route for Guatemala」，研究期間為112年1月至6月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學國際事務學院外交學系 (Department of Diplomacy, College of International Affairs, National Chengchi University)。
