越南籍學人張光聰 (Quang Thông Truong) 博士於112年3月7日報到，他是越南胡志明市經濟大學(University of Economics Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam)副教授，研究主題為「China's Fiscal and Monetary Policy Response to the 2008 Global Financial Crisis and the Covid-19 Pandemic, and the Lessons Learned」，研究期間為112年3月至7月及11月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立中央大學金融財務學系(Department of Finance, National Central University)。
