德國籍學人安可馨(Angela Köckritz) 女士於112年2月2日報到，她是德國獨立作家及德國重要報紙《時代週報》（Die Zeit)、《南德日報》(Süddeutsche Zeitung)及媒體集團Geo及Mare之記者，研究主題為「The Cross-Strait Conflict in the Light of the Russian Invasion of Ukraine」，研究期間為112年2月至4月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學亞太研究英語博士學位學程(International Doctoral Program in Asia-Pacific Studies, National Chengchi University)。
