立陶宛籍學人白瑞格 (Raigirdas Boruta) 先生於112年2月7日報到，他是立陶宛維爾紐斯大學(Vilnius University, Lithuania)博士生，研究主題為「Taiwanese Diplomatic Approaches to the Baltic States in the 1990s and the Present: Rationale, Methods and Challenges」，研究期間為112年2月至12月。在國立中山大學人文研究中心及中國文學系 (Center for the Humanities & Department of Chinese Literature, National Sun Yat-sen University)。
