波蘭籍學人Joanna Skrzypiec 女士於112年3月8日報到，她是波蘭電視台資訊頻道(Polish Public Television TVP Info, Poland)記者，研究主題為「An Analysis of Taiwan’s Economic Transformation, the Implication of Taiwan’s Democracy and High–Tech Economy on Geopolitical Situation and Taiwan’s Geopolitical Relationship With the European Union, Russia and the People’s Republic of China」，研究期間為112年3月至5月。在臺駐點機構為淡江大學全球政治經濟學系 (Department of Global Politics and Economics, Tamkang University)。
