美國籍學人麥德威 (Scott McDonald) 先生於112年3月29日報到，他是美國弗萊徹法律與外交關係學院（The Fletcher School at Tufts Universtiy, USA）博士候選人，研究主題為「The Potential of Hierarchy: The Role of Classical Chinese Philosophy in the Foreign Policy of the People's Republic of China」，研究期間為112年3月至12月。在臺駐點機構為國立政治大學東亞研究所 (Graduate Institute of East Asian Studies, National Chengchi University)。
