委內瑞拉籍學人Nahem Ali Reyes Cardona博士於112年6月2日報到，他是委內瑞拉中央大學 （Center for American Studies, Central University of Venezuela）副研究員，研究主題為「Communist China and Its Implications of its Penetration in the Americas, a Look Beyond the Spectacularaty of the Big Numbers」，研究期間為112年6月至11月。在臺駐點機構為淡江大學全球政治經濟學系(Department of Global Politics and Economics, Tamkang University)。
