澳洲籍學人費約翰 (John Fitzgerald)教授於112年6月6日報到，他是澳洲斯威本理工大學（Swinburne University of Technology, Australia）教授，研究主題為「Subnational and Para-Diplomacy in Taiwan-Australia Relations: Prospects and Challenges」，研究期間為112年6月至12月。在臺駐點機構為漢學研究中心(Center for Chinese Studies)及國立政治大學外交學系(Department of Diplomacy, National Chengchi University)。
