土耳其籍學人Haluk Karadağ 博士於112年7月11日報到，他是土耳其巴什肯特大學 (Baskent University Department of Political Science and International Relations, Turkey)副教授，研究主題為「Building Ties with the World: A New Public Diplomacy Architecture for Taiwan’s Foreign Policy」，研究期間為112年7月至12月。在國立政治大學中東與中亞研究碩士學位學程 (Middle Eastern and Central Asian Studies, National Chengchi University)。
