德國籍學人Sophie Caroline Zillessen 女士於112年8月2日報到，她是德臺協會（Deutsch-Taiwanische Gesellschaft e.V., German)副主席，研究主題為「Options and Challenges: The Emerging Role of NGOs For Taiwan´s Foreign Policy in Europe」，研究期間為112年8月至11月。在臺駐點機構為東吳大學政治學系(Department of Political Science, Soochow University)。
