德國籍學人馬寶康 (Malte Kaeding) 先生於112年9月7日報到，他是英國薩里大學 (University of Surrey, UK)副教授，研究主題為「The Politics of Empathy: Hong Kong and Taiwan as Affective Communities」，研究期間為112年9月至12月。在臺駐點機構為中央研究院社會學研究所 (Institute of Sociology, Academia Sinica)。
